PSI became The Jason Foundation’s National Clinical Affiliate in May 2005. Working together, Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. and The Jason Foundation will open affiliate offices in the majority of PSI facilities nationally. As a result of the collaboration of Horizon Health, the Jason Foundation, and American Football Coaches Association, the Coaches Assistance Program (C.A.P.) provides online and telephonic support through Horizon Health for coaches and student-athletes to raise awareness, recognize the signs, and help prevent the silent epidemic of suicide.
